Cecilia Wilde, was born in La Paz, Bolivia. Education: Master in Visual Arts from Universidad Mayor de San Andres (La Paz, Bolivia). Art History at the Sorbona of Paris, (France). Museology and Artistic Pedagogy (Bogotá,Colombia). Diploma in cultural management ( Universidad Nuestra Señora de La Paz ) Since 1985, Ms. Wilde has exhibited in individual as well as collective shows in the main art galleries in Bolivia and won prizes in the two leading painting competitions in Bolivia: Second National Hall of Plastic Arts of the Americas - Bolivian America Center in La Paz, and also in the XXI National Hall of Plastic Arts "14 de Septiembre" in Cochabamba.
Ms. Wilde exhibited in the International Biennial in Cuenca, Ecuador, the Biennal of Visual Arts in Mérida, Venezuela and in the IX Iberoamerican Biennial of Art "Lithography at the End of 200 Years of Invention", in Guadalajara, Mexico, 1993, 1994 and 2000, respectively.
In 1995 Ms. Wilde was selected to work and exhibit in the Principality of Liechtenstein and from that year her works have been presented in various galleries in Europe America and Asia.
In 2008, Mrs. Wilde carried out a plastic research on the Andean Cosmovision in Bolivia, which is presented in Galeria la Tezerelli of the Academy of Fine Arts and in New Manesh, both in the city of Moscow, Russian Federation.
In 2009 Wilde is invited to the Wine and Art Festival of the city of Tarija - Bolivia, along with 8 Bolivian artists.
In 2010 presents the second part of the project on the Andean cosmovision in the National Museum of Art of the city of La Paz.
In 2015 Ms, Wilde is invited to work and exhibit her work in South Korea at the Mosan Art Museum World Cultural Art Symposium, Residency with 5 artists of the world and 5 sculptors. Being the only South American representative
